Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuarial audit lead based in San Antonio, TX. You will audit and test P&C actuarial models (pricing, reserving, catastrophe, enterprise risk), support Auditor-in-Charge responsibilities, and manage strategic audit initiatives. Role requires strong audit and risk experience and regular engagement with business leaders and regulators.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead internal audit engagements and test P&C actuarial models and model-related tools
Support Auditor-In-Charge duties and manage strategic audit initiatives
Engage with business partners, regulators, and executive leadership
Hybrid role — in-office 4 days per week (San Antonio, Plano, or Charlotte)
Requires 8+ years audit/financial/insurance experience; ACAS/FCAS preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

internal or external audit experience in financial or insurance environments
evaluating internal controls and performing audit testing
experience with data analysis tools and techniques for audit

KEY REQUIREMENTS

8+ years audit, financial, insurance, banking or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field (or 4 years' experience in lieu)
Experience performing internal or external audits in regulated environments
Proven ability to evaluate internal controls and communicate risk-based findings
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
