HIGHLIGHTS

Senior ALM leadership role (AVP) for Jackson's General Account focused on retirement annuities. Role supports investment decisions for FIA, RILA and MYGA products and coordinates with actuarial, asset managers and senior management.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead ALM for the General Account, focusing on retirement annuities (FIA, RILA, MYGA)
Design medium-term SAA and short-term TAA and duration management frameworks
Oversee periodic asset rebalancing and derivative-based hedging overlays
Own monthly P&L attribution and provide asset allocation inputs to business planning
Onsite in Lansing, MI; senior leader with people management responsibilities

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

ALM or actuarial experience (10+ years)
Knowledge of US retirement products (FIA, RILA, MYGA)
Asset allocation and duration management
Design and testing of financial models and hedging overlays

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of ALM or actuarial experience
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Stats, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related
Proven people management experience, including hiring and performance accountability
