Associate-level Health actuarial role supporting pricing and plan design for ACA individual and small group markets in Tempe, AZ. You will maintain pricing and plan design models, lead regulatory filing efforts, and partner with Market P&L and Product teams to ensure actuarial soundness. Hybrid role based in Tempe with three in-office days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Support pricing for ACA Individual and Small Group markets
  • Maintain and standardize pricing and plan design models
  • Lead development and submission of regulatory filings
  • Hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ – 3 days in office/week (Thursday required)
  • Associate-level role; ASA/FSA or on-track with 4+ years quantitative experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • ACA individual and small group pricing
  • Pricing and plan design modeling
  • Regulatory filing development for health plans
  • Actuarial consultation with Market P&L and Product teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate or Fellow of the SOA, or on the track to become one
  • 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
  • College degree in a STEM field
  • Hybrid presence in Tempe office (3 days/week)
