JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Translate medical economics and actuarial results into executive-level narratives
  • Lead preparation of quarterly earnings content and analyst Q&A materials
  • Design Board and Operating Committee reporting packages with clear variance analysis
  • Support corporate budgeting by pressure-testing assumptions and long-term outlooks
  • Hybrid role — Tempe, AZ office; 3 days/week in-office with Thursdays required

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medical economics and corporate forecasting
  • Quantitative analysis in the healthcare industry
  • Collaborating with executive leadership and investor relations
  • Corporate strategy or analytics-driven leadership experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 4 years equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of quantitative analysis experience in the healthcare industry
  • 3+ years partnering with or influencing executive leadership committees
  • Proven experience in medical economics, corporate strategy, or analytics leadership
  • Strong business writing and data-visualization capability for executive audiences
