Lead pharmacy trend and rebate analytics for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines
Calculate and report Cost of Care value tied to financial results
Drive development of analytics tools for CarelonRx segments
Manage and develop a large team (10+ direct reports; 20+ total FTEs)
Hybrid role — in-office at least 3 days per week (Richmond, VA or other listed offices)
