JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead and document reserve reviews for US surety/program business
  • Support IFRS and statutory reporting including discounting and risk adjustment
  • Prepare data reconciliations and enhance reserving tools and processes
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Claims, Reinsurance, and Underwriting
  • Requires SQL and VBA; ResQ experience preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Property & Casualty reserving
  • Program business / E&S market experience
  • IFRS and statutory reporting (reserves discounting, risk adjustment)
  • ResQ or other reserving software experience
  • Data preparation and reconciliation for reserving

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of Property & Casualty reserving experience
  • Near-ACAS or ACAS credential expected
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
  • Proficiency with SQL and VBA
