JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Medical Economics / Total Cost of Care analytics and reporting
  • Manage and mentor a team of medical economics and analytics professionals
  • Partner with actuarial, clinical, operations and external payers/providers
  • Hybrid role based in Denver, CO with remote flexibility
  • Annual base salary range: $153,000 - $191,000

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Total cost of care (TCOC) analysis
  • HCC risk adjustment and quality measures (HEDIS, Stars)
  • Value-based care or payer/provider experience
  • Provider performance analytics

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field required
  • 7+ years progressive experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics
  • 5+ years experience in TCOC analysis, HCC risk adjustment, and quality measures
  • 3+ years experience in value-based care, health plans, or provider settings
  • Experience managing analytics teams and direct reports
