JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Medicare Advantage and ACA pricing, bids, and RADV/risk-adjustment work
  • Build and lead an internal actuarial function for the health plan
  • Oversee IBNR, PDR and other actuarial accrual development
  • Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Marketing and Medical Management
  • Onsite role based in Tulsa, OK; Director-level with team leadership

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare Advantage pricing and bid process
  • Medicare Advantage and ACA Risk Adjustment and RADV analysis
  • Large Group pricing model analysis
  • Health insurance actuarial experience including IBNR and PDR

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of actuarial experience in health insurance
  • Associate of the SOA (ASA) required
  • Hands-on Medicare Advantage pricing and bid process experience
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage and ACA Risk Adjustment and RADV
  • Proficient in SAS and/or other SQL-based tools
