Senior P&C actuarial AI transformation role with CNA, available remotely across the USA. As a Director-level individual contributor, you will shape AI strategy and apply advanced analytics and automation across pricing, reserving, and actuarial operations while partnering with senior leaders and functions including underwriting, claims, finance, data, and technology.
Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
Minimum ten years of related work experience
Fellowship accreditation (FCAS)
Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business challenges
Strongly preferred
Senior level knowledge of actuarial principles, practices, procedures, and insurance industry issues
Ability to identify, prioritize, and operationalize AI-enabled opportunities in actuarial
Ability to influence business partners and leaders at various levels
Strong understanding of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Solid project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
