Actuarial Analyst in a nonprofit health plan (Medica) supporting pricing, reserving, and actuarial modeling for health products. You will build financial models, perform rate-level pricing and reserve estimates, and produce analyses for leadership and regulators. This hybrid role is office-based (~3 days/week) with offices including St. Louis, MO.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support pricing, reserving, and actuarial modeling for a health plan
- Prepare financial models, rate-level pricing, and reserve estimates
- Perform data analysis and validation using actuarial/statistical techniques
- Hybrid role — expected onsite ~3 days per week (office locations include St. Louis, MO)
- Requires completion of 3 SOA exams and ~3 years post-degree experience
