Associate-level health actuarial analyst role on the Medicare Network Performance Management team in Hartford, CT. You will build actuarial models for network curation and bid optimization, develop strategic analytics tools, and present findings to leadership. Hybrid role (3 days/week in Hartford) supporting Medicare Advantage bid competitiveness.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build and maintain actuarial models for Medicare network curation and bid optimization
- Develop strategic analytics tools and dashboards to support enterprise decisions
- Communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hybrid role — 3 days/week in Hartford office (Tue–Thu), 2 days remote
- Proficiency in Excel and programming (VBA, Python, or R) required; SQL and Tableau/Power BI preferred
