JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Assist with monthly reserve and revenue model updates and summaries
- Support state regulatory and statutory reporting, MLR calculations
- Perform exploratory data analysis to support modelling and reporting
- Use Excel and SAS; SQL and Python project experience preferred
- 100% remote within the United States (Eastern Standard Time)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial reserving and revenue modeling
- State regulatory and statutory reporting
- Medical Loss Ratio calculation and estimation
- Preparation of actuarial opinions and memoranda
- Experience with Excel, SAS, and database applications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 1 to 3 actuarial exams passed
- Experience with Excel, SAS, and database applications
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) for remote work
