Entry-level P&C actuarial consulting role in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting reserving analyses across workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial auto, and specialty programs. You’ll review large client datasets, investigate discrepancies, prepare exhibits for credentialed actuaries, and pursue CAS credentials. The role pays $75,000-$80,000 and follows a hybrid Tuesday/Thursday office schedule after onboarding.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Successful completion of at least one CAS actuarial exam
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
  • Less than two years of actuarial experience, or relevant actuarial internship experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with VBA, Python, R, SQL, or Power BI
