Entry-level Health actuarial analyst role in Grand Rapids, Michigan, supporting pricing, financial forecasts, IBNR estimates, and provider risk arrangements. You’ll work with business partners across Underwriting, Data & Analytics, Provider, Pharmacy, Product, and Finance while learning under senior actuaries.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related discipline (business, economics, statistics, or math)

Strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (preferably Excel) and database software (such as Access) or programming languages (SQL and/or SAS)
  • Successful completion of 1 or more SOA Actuarial Exams (excluding VEE)
