JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price commercial small‑business and package insurance products
- Produce rate level indications, on‑leveling, trending and credibility adjustments
- Maintain and validate rating engines and pricing databases
- Use Excel, Power BI and SQL/R/Python for analyses and reporting
- Fully remote role reporting to the Actuarial Director; 3+ years experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial pricing for commercial lines and small‑business/package products
- Familiarity with Verisk/ISO circulars and product offerings
- Rate review processes and regulatory filings experience
- Developing and maintaining rating engines and pricing databases
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in an actuarial pricing role for commercial lines
- Familiarity with Verisk/ISO circulars and product offerings
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Programming experience in SQL, R, or Python
- Understanding of rate review processes and regulatory filings
