JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Prepare state-specific rate filing analyses and exhibits
- Perform rate indications and recommend rate actions across all states
- Support reserving reviews and reinsurance/PML assessments
- Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, MGA partners and regulators
- Onsite role in Jacksonville, FL; Associate-level with 2–5 years' experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Rate filing analyses and state insurance department requirements
- Pricing and rate indications across multiple states and programs
- Reserving and reserve reviews for assigned segments
- Reinsurance support and PML assessment
- Experience with admitted insurance products
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of actuarial experience
- 2–4 actuarial exams completed with commitment to pursue CAS
- Rate filing experience and knowledge of state department requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- SQL or Power BI knowledge preferred
