DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Pension and OPEB valuation
  • Health and welfare cost projections
  • IBNR estimation and monthly experience reporting
  • Preparing valuation reports and premium/COBRA rates

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 0–2 years actuarial or benefits-related experience
  • Minimum of one SOA exam passed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large datasets
  • Interest or experience in retirement and health & welfare benefits
  • Must be willing to work in-office weekly in Boise, ID (hybrid)
