Life actuarial role in the Life Chief Actuary team based in Radnor, PA (hybrid). You’ll perform cash-flow model projections for asset adequacy and ALM, validate models, support regulatory actuarial opinion reporting, and help improve modeling controls. Ideal for an associate-level candidate with life product knowledge and exam progress toward the SOA FSA.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop cash-flow projections for asset adequacy testing and ALM
- Validate static and dynamic models and support actuarial opinion filings
- Work with MG-ALFA/Integrate, AXIS, Prophet, Dataiku, R, and Tableau
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week in a Lincoln office
- ADP role with study support and bonuses for exam passage
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- General life insurance product knowledge
- Cash flow projection and asset adequacy testing
- Asset-liability management and duration analysis
- Preparation support for actuarial opinions and regulatory reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 actuarial exams passed
- 1+ years (up to 4+) of actuarial experience
- At least one prior actuarial rotation
- General life insurance product knowledge
