JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Entry-level actuarial rotation focused on life and annuity products
  • Assist with reserves, rate filings, pricing levels and financial schedules
  • Supports actuarial analysis, data collection and quantitative modelling tasks
  • Uses Microsoft Office and has exposure to C++ and Visual Basic
  • Based in Madison, WI with an emphasis on hybrid working flexibility

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Two actuarial exams passed
  • Actuarial internship experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics
  • Successful completion of two (2) actuarial exams
  • Completion of one internship prior to graduation
  • Commitment to pass one additional actuarial exam every 6–18 months
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and exposure to C++ or Visual Basic
