HIGHLIGHTS

Entry-level P&C actuarial analyst supporting Major Accounts in Boston as part of Liberty Mutual's Actuarial Development Program. You will deliver account- and portfolio-level pricing support, perform impact and dislocation analyses, build analytical tools, and partner closely with underwriting, product, and finance. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Provide account-level pricing support for Major Accounts and casualty lines
  • Perform impact, dislocation, and portfolio monitoring analyses
  • Build and implement analytical tools for pricing and reporting
  • Work within the Actuarial Development Program; rotate within two years
  • Based in Boston; in-office requirements may vary by location

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Casualty insurance pricing
  • Major accounts account-level pricing support
  • Portfolio monitoring and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with actuarial techniques and insurance operations

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–4 years relevant experience
  • Passing grades on at least 2 CAS exams required
  • Commitment to achieving ACAS/FCAS
  • Intermediate Excel and SAS skills required
  • Intermediate R, SQL, SAS, or Python preferred
