Entry-level Health actuarial analyst role supporting Medicaid in Medica’s Actuarial Services team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. You’ll assist with pricing, forecasting, reserving, financial reporting, product development, and regulatory materials while collaborating with Finance, Underwriting, and Product Development.

Must have

Work onsite at Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week
Strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
0-1 years of experience beyond degree
Successful completion of 1 SOA exam
Nice to have
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
