Actuarial Analyst or Senior Actuarial Analyst role in Schaumburg, Illinois, supporting Zurich North America’s Property Reserving team across Crop and Surety. You’ll perform quarterly premium and loss reserve analyses, incorporate IFRS 17 components, support financial close and forecasting, and partner with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Pricing, and management. The role follows a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

Must have

  • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams
  • Bachelor's degree with 3.0 cumulative GPA or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree
  • 2 or more years technical/insurance experience (Analyst level)
  • 3 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area with 3+ exams (Senior level)
  • Successful completion of 5 or more actuarial exams with 2+ years actuarial experience (Senior level)
  • Dedication to Casualty Actuarial Societies' accreditation exam process with goal of ACAS and FCAS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or statistical analysis software
