JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior actuarial analyst for specialty personal property and recreational lines
- Perform reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, rate filings, and capital analysis
- Use Excel (VBA), SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and modelling
- Hybrid role — ~40–50% on-site in Amelia, OH (open to remote), EST hours
- Ideal for candidates with at least 5 CAS-applicable exams passed
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Passed minimum of 5 actuarial exams applicable for CAS
- Advanced Excel including VBA and macros
- Data manipulation using SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with reserving, pricing, rate filings, or claims analytics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Passed minimum of 5 actuarial exams applicable for a CAS designation
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA and macros
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
