Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuarial analytics leadership role for Commercial Lines in Chicago. You will build a North America analytics practice, develop scalable actuarial and predictive tools for retention, loss forecasting and cash flow analysis, and consult with clients on alternative risk transfer and captive solutions. Reports to the President, Commercial Lines.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead development of HUB's North America Commercial Lines analytics practice
Design and deploy scalable actuarial models and plug-and-play analytics tools
Consult on alternative risk transfer, captives, retention and cash flow modeling
Train and recruit field 'licensed drivers' to use analytics in client advisory
Based in Chicago; role reports to President, Commercial Lines and requires travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Property & casualty actuarial and analytics
Alternative risk transfer and captives expertise
Loss reserving and predictive modeling
Retention/deductible and cash flow modeling
Building scalable actuarial tools and training users

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS designation required
10+ years progressive P&C actuarial and analytics experience
Deep expertise in alternative risk transfer and captive programs
Proven experience building and deploying scalable actuarial models/tools
Strong client consulting and public speaking experience
