HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life/annuity modeling director responsible for end-to-end annuity valuation and reserving models. You’ll lead the centralized annuity modeling function (AXIS/ALFA), own quarter‑end/year‑end execution, and drive modernization while managing a team. Remote within the US (lower 48 states) - based out of Nationwide Financial Corporate Modeling.

Production model ownership and quarter‑end/year‑end execution
Experience with AXIS and alternative modeling platforms
Principles Based Reserves and cash flow testing
Knowledge of valuation, non‑forfeiture laws and tax code 7702

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and membership in the AAA
Significant life/annuity valuation and reserving experience (typically 10+ years)
Proven leadership of production models and quarter‑end/year‑end deliverables
Hands‑on experience with major modeling platforms (AXIS strongly preferred)
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and regulators
