JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Support reserve valuation for life and annuity products using FIS Prophet
  • Perform experience analysis and annual assumption reviews (mortality, lapse, expense)
  • Support monthly and quarterly valuations and regulatory filings, incl. RBC
  • Use R, Python, VBA, and SQL for analyses and automation
  • Hybrid role – onsite every other week in Boston, MA

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • reserve valuation for life and annuity products
  • mortality, lapse, withdrawal and expense assumption review
  • FIS Prophet actuarial modelling
  • preparation of regulatory filings and RBC assessment

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years of actuarial experience
  • At least three SOA exams completed
