JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Assist with pricing analyses, rate indications, and state rate filings
Support quarterly loss and LAE reserve analyses and IBNR projections
Help develop rating/loss models using advanced statistical concepts
Prepare data, Excel/Access templates, and reinsurance pricing submissions
Hybrid role based in Short Hills, NJ (Branchville interim location available)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

pricing analyses and state rate filings
reserve analyses and LAE/IBNR projections
assisting with reinsurance data submissions and pricing templates
experience preparing premium indications for large accounts
familiarity with R or Python (listed as a plus)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical skills and commitment to developing actuarial expertise
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare data, templates, and basic Excel/Access applications
Willingness to pursue actuarial credentials (pursuit of FCAS referenced)
