Requirements

Must have

  • At least one SOA exam passed
  • Commitment to continued progress toward ASA designation

Strongly preferred

  • Foundational knowledge of actuarial concepts, statistical analysis or quantitative modeling
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Interest in developing programming skills using Python, SAS or similar tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or related quantitative field
