Senior P&C actuarial pricing role on the Excess & Surplus (E&S) Brokerage Pricing team. You’ll develop and maintain pricing tools, run rate and profitability analyses across construction, casualty and property segments, and partner with underwriting and finance. Remote within the lower 48 U.S. states.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price E&S brokerage submissions and larger account deals
- Develop and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and Databricks jobs
- Perform rate and profitability analyses by segment (construction, casualty, property)
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Finance, and Product teams
- Remote role staffed across the lower 48 U.S. states
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- E&S or wholesale brokerage pricing
- Individual loss rating
- Construction segment experience
- Casualty/liability pricing experience
- Property pricing and portfolio analysis
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of P&C actuarial pricing experience
- ACAS credential required with commitment to continued advancement
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one of SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with pricing tools, dashboards, or Databricks jobs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; no employer-sponsored work authorization
