- 2–5 years of annuity-related actuarial experience
- 3+ actuarial exams (3–5 exams); ASA or near-ASA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong quantitative background
- Experience with Python and Snowflake or actuarial modeling software
- Authorized to work in the US without employer visa sponsorship
