Associate-level life valuation role supporting Individual Life best-estimate and statutory reserve valuations in Miami Gardens, FL. You will support quarterly and annual valuation cycles, assumption updates, and actual-to-expected experience analysis. The role reports to the AVP & Actuary, IL Valuation and requires 1–2 years' actuarial-related experience and at least two exams passed.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Support Individual Life quarterly and annual statutory valuation cycles
Perform actuarial data analysis and assumption implementation
Contribute to actual-to-expected experience studies and documentation
Work with valuation models and maintain model/process controls
Reports to AVP & Actuary, IL Valuation; Miami Gardens, FL location

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Individual life valuation and statutory reserves
Assumption updates and implementation
Actual-to-expected experience analysis
Valuation projection processes and documentation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, or related field
Minimum two actuarial exams completed with commitment to ASA/FSA progression
1–2 years of actuarial-related experience (pensions/insurance/reinsurance)
