Associate-level Life valuation role supporting Individual Life quarterly and annual statutory valuations. You will perform best-estimate and statutory reserve valuation, assumption reviews, and actuarial analyses for Individual Life business. The role reports to the AVP & Actuary, IL Valuation and is based in Miami, New Mexico, United States.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Support quarterly and annual statutory valuation for Individual Life
Perform best-estimate reserve valuation and assumption reviews
Conduct actual-to-expected experience analysis and actuarial data work
Maintain valuation documentation, controls, and support audits
Preferred experience with GGY AXIS; R or Python knowledge is a plus

Individual life valuation
Statutory valuation and reserve analysis
Actual-to-expected experience analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Stats, Finance, or related
Minimum two actuarial exams completed with commitment to ASA/FSA progression
1–2 years of experience in an actuarial-related field (insurance/pensions/reinsurance)
