The role partners closely with underwriters and actuaries and requires 5+ years of relevant experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for insurance systems
- Partner with underwriters and actuaries to translate business needs into technical specs
- Perform EDA and predictive modelling using SQL and Python or R
- Build reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for senior management
- 5+ years' experience in insurance domain preferred

- Insurance domain experience
- Experience working with underwriters and actuaries
- Understanding of underwriting processes and claims management
- Regulatory compliance knowledge for insurance products
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the insurance domain
- Experience working directly with underwriters and actuaries
- Hands-on SQL and Python or R for EDA and modelling
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements documentation skills
