Regulatory filing and pricing specialist

Closer to a regulatory compliance role than a pure pricing partner because DOI filings and objection responses define the work’s distinctive scope.

Senior P&C actuarial consultant role based remotely in San Antonio, Texas, focused on personal lines pricing and state filings. You’ll develop rates, analyze trends, prepare DOI documentation, respond to objections, and apply Python or SQL-based analysis to unstructured business problems.

Requirements

Must have

  • ACAS or FCAS designation
  • P&C Insurance experience

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
  • 4 to 10+ years of related Actuarial experience
  • Demonstrated competency with actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, or other analysis software

Nice to have

  • State Filing Experience with DOI for personal lines of Insurance
