Senior P&C actuarial pricing role in Nationwide’s Personal Lines Pricing team, focused on homeowners property in Columbus, Ohio, with other locations and limited remote consideration. You’ll develop pricing recommendations around weather, catastrophe risk, ratemaking, forecasting, and emerging loss trends while partnering with Risk Management and business leaders.
Requirements
Must have

Strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related quantitative field
ACAS designation or significant progress toward achieving actuarial credential
Five or more years of actuarial experience
Experience in P&C pricing, personal lines property, catastrophe pricing, or related insurance discipline
Working knowledge of traditional actuarial pricing methodologies
Experience using data to evaluate loss trends, support pricing decisions, or develop recommendations
SQL experience or ability to learn SQL quickly
Nice to have
Exposure to Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools
Experience with homeowners pricing, catastrophe and weather risk, or planning and forecasting
