Role Summary

Senior-level individual contributor role on the Large Casualty Pricing team at a major US commercial insurer. You will lead pricing strategy, monitor profitability, and influence pricing studies for workers comp, general liability, and commercial auto. Expect to build relationships with senior leaders and drive innovation in pricing. Based in Glastonbury, CT with hybrid work.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of related actuarial experience
  • FCAS (Fellow, Casualty Actuarial Society) required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience influencing business partners at various levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
