Entry-level P&C actuarial development program in Boston, Massachusetts, with three 18-month rotations across pricing, reserving, modelling, and analytics. You’ll gain exposure to personal and commercial lines while building toward ACAS through mentoring, technical training, and hands-on assignments.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related discipline
  • Commitment to achieving the ACAS designation
  • Desire to work across a variety of actuarial functions and environments
  • Problem-solving skills with analytical reasoning and mathematical concepts
  • Proven leadership skills through student organization, academic project, or community service
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Curiosity and passion for learning
  • Passing score on at least one actuarial exam

Nice to have

  • Strong academic record with 3.0+ cumulative GPA
