JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Actuarial Pricing & Research and own rate/product filings across 35+ jurisdictions
  • Manage and scale a 10+ FTE cross-functional pricing organization
  • Drive national expansion pricing efforts (7+ new states in next 12 months)
  • Advance pricing automation and filing infrastructure; partner with Data Science and Engineering
  • Director-level role (FCAS required) with US flexible/remote work policy

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • personal lines pricing (auto) and segmentation/UBI
  • regulatory filing strategy and DOI negotiations
  • building pricing automation and filing infrastructure
  • trend modeling and actuarial assumption setting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FCAS credential and at least 10+ years of progressive actuarial experience
  • 3+ years of people management including hiring and performance reviews
  • Deep personal lines pricing and regulatory filings experience
  • Experience building pricing automation and scalable filing processes
  • Comfort with SQL and R/Python for analytics collaboration
