JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Medicare Advantage (Part C & Part D) actuarial strategy and product lifecycle
  • Own pricing, forecasting, Part C bid development and Part D coordination
  • Manage and develop an actuarial team and oversee managers handling filings
  • Hybrid role based in Eagan, MN — 2 days per week in office
  • Requires ASA or FSA and MAAA with 10+ years relevant experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare Part C and Part D expertise
  • Managed care experience
  • Bid development and forecasting for Medicare Advantage
  • Regulatory filings and state/federal rate filing experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of actuarial, finance, or related experience including managed care
  • 5+ years of staff, team lead and/or project lead experience
  • FSA or ASA designation required
  • MAAA designation required
  • 2+ years in-depth Medicare Part C and Part D experience
