JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing actuarial team for P&C Programs business unit
- Perform profitability reviews, rate adequacy monitoring, and actuarial studies
- Design, program, and maintain pricing and book-monitoring tools
- Partner with predictive analytics to deploy advanced models and automation
- Hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ; Director-level with senior stakeholder exposure
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C actuarial experience
- Experience with underwriting, products, reinsurance, claims, and financials
- Tool building and pricing model implementation using Python/SQL/VBA
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of relevant P&C actuarial experience
- ACAS or FCAS (or similarly qualified) required
- Proven people leadership experience managing actuarial staff
- Strong programming skills: Python, SQL, and VBA
