JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial studies, IBNR valuations, and financial forecasting for employer health benefits
- Own client deliverables and present findings to clients up to the C-suite
- Drive enterprise data and analytics strategy for the actuarial department
- Manage, mentor, hire, and make personnel decisions for actuarial staff
- Remote, Director-level role requiring 10+ years and relevant actuarial credentials

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of relevant actuarial experience
- Must hold relevant actuarial credentials
- Experience leading and managing people
- 5+ years of client-facing experience
- Deep understanding of health insurance, medical stop-loss, and reinsurance
