Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Actuarial intern (10-week, hybrid) supporting P&C automotive warranty pricing and reserving in Atlanta, GA. You will assist pricing and reserving teams, build dashboards and cleanse data using SQL and Excel, and participate in partner-facing quarterly business reviews. The role is aimed at students committed to passing actuarial exams and pursuing the ACAS designation.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

10-week hybrid actuarial internship based in Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
Support pricing and reserving teams for automotive warranty products
Build and enhance dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
Prepare and cleanse data using SQL and Excel for portfolio analysis
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with OEM and dealer partners

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Excel proficiency
SQL experience preferred
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Pursuing actuarial exams and ACAS commitment
Analytical skills from Actuarial/Math/Statistics degree

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Pursuing a B.S. or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Commitment to passing actuarial exams and pursuing the ACAS designation
Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL proficiency preferred
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; team collaboration
