Life actuarial internship in Durham, North Carolina, supporting individual annuity pricing, reserving, valuation, hedging, and risk analysis. You will help develop actuarial models, report trends, and automate product-rate setting in a hybrid role with three days onsite during a nine-week summer program.

Requirements

Must have

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
  • Ability to work onsite in Durham, NC 3 days per week

Strongly preferred

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn

Nice to have

  • At least one successful SOA exam preferred
