Actuarial intern (P&C) supporting product and actuarial projects in Bedford, IL. You’ll assist with new product development, competitive rate comparisons, filings, reserve reviews, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting across non-standard auto, commercial auto, and general liability. This role requires working 40 hours/week in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Assist with new product development and competitive rate comparisons
- Prepare filings and supporting exhibits for state departments of insurance
- Perform data preparation and reserve reviews across auto and GL lines
- Create and update monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) summer internship; part-time during school year
