  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures, regulations, instructions, manuals and other documents
  • Excellent telephone, public relations and oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
  • Proficiency with personal computer skills including Windows, word processing, internet and Excel
