Compensation Overview

The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

**The intent of this requisition is to provide students in Neurodiversity Support Programs at selected Academic Partners with the opportunity to apply for this position. The goal of the Travelers Intern Program is to attract and develop self-motivated individuals who are interested in continuing their career in either actuarial or finance.

As interns, you will be exposed to a challenging work experience with planned activities giving you insight into business and the many career options that lie ahead for you.

With many company-wide and community outreach events, you will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management.

What Will You Do?

  • The Travelers Intern Program provides qualified students an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand business experience, and receive valuable on-the-job training.
  • Travelers Interns are provided exposure to all levels of management and have the chance to collaborate and network with other development programs during work assignments, and social events.
  • The interns are viewed as a primary source of future internships for the Actuarial Leadership or Finance Leadership Development Programs.
  • You will receive challenging work assignments that add value and impact the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater

What is a Must Have?

  • Obtained or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
