JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Summer actuarial intern supporting annuity valuation, PBR, QA, and pension risk transfer
- Full-time, paid hourly internship (37.5 hours/week) from June 1 to August 7, 2026
- Work onsite in League City, TX with cross-functional actuarial teams
- Assist with model testing, setup, automation, and data analysis
- Exposure to AXIS and programming in R, Python, or VBA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial coursework or passed actuarial exam (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Exposure to AXIS, R, or Python
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled in an accredited institution with Junior standing or higher
- Minimum GPA 3.0 required
- Able to commit 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, and work onsite in League City, TX
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
