Senior P&C actuarial lead focused on E&S Commercial Property pricing and portfolio analysis. You will develop and modify actuarial models, support business planning and reinsurance strategy, mentor junior actuaries, and partner with underwriting, claims, CAT modeling and data science. Hybrid role based in Sun Prairie, WI (also hiring in Atlanta, Chicago, NYC).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and portfolio analysis for E&S Commercial Property
- Develop and modify complex actuarial models to support business decisions
- Partner with underwriting, claims, CAT modeling, finance and data science
- Mentor and coordinate work of student and junior actuaries
- Hybrid role – 2–3 days in office (locations include Sun Prairie, WI)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Commercial property pricing
- Portfolio analysis and business planning
- Reserving advice for property lines
- Stakeholder management with underwriting and claims
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant actuarial work experience
- Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in commercial property pricing/portfolio analysis
- Ability to develop and modify complex actuarial models
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
