  • Analyze loss trends and claims metrics to inform financial performance
  • Manage and mentor actuarial team members
  • Expert Excel skills; ResQ proficiency and SQL preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Auto and Homeowners reserving
  • Rate indication and loss trend analysis
  • Claims metric development and reserve analysis
  • Experience with ResQ or similar reserving software

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of actuarial experience
  • ACAS or FCAS designation required
  • Proficiency with reserving software (ResQ or similar)
  • Expert Excel skills; advanced SQL querying preferred
  • Experience with loss reserve, rate indication, and claims analysis
