Manager-level P&C pricing role focused on cyber, tech E&O and miscellaneous professional liability in San Francisco. You will lead end-to-end pricing projects, develop rate indications and forecasting analyses, and partner with underwriting, product, claims and reinsurance. The role reports to the Actuarial Pricing Director and operates at a senior/managerial level on the Pricing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead end-to-end pricing projects for Cyber, Tech E&O and MPL products
- Develop rate indications, trend premiums/losses, and conduct forecasting analyses
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Claims, Decision Engine and reinsurance
- Hands-on operational role reviewing submissions, quotes and binds
- San Francisco-based Actuarial Manager reporting to Actuarial Pricing Director
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C pricing experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of P&C pricing experience
- ACAS or FCAS certification required
- 1+ years in a direct managerial, team lead, or mentorship role
- Hands-on Excel and SQL experience required
- Proven experience leading pricing projects end-to-end
